Who this covers

Pixels Unframed provides real estate media services. This policy covers information collected on pixelsunframed.com, including the new-client offer form. A separate booking page and other sites you choose to visit may have their own privacy practices.

Information we receive

• Offer form: your name, email address, phone number, and whether you checked the optional marketing email box. The form also records when the submission was saved.
• Messages: information you choose to send us by email, phone, or text.
• Booking: when you follow a booking link, the booking provider may collect property, scheduling, order, and payment information on its own page. We use booking details we receive to provide the services you request.
• Technical information: our website host and other service providers may process information needed to deliver the site, such as IP address, browser details, and access logs. This site uses browser session storage to remember that you have already seen the 20% offer during a visit.

How we use information

We use your information to deliver the requested offer code, respond to inquiries, arrange and fulfill bookings, provide customer support, prevent misuse of the form, and keep necessary business records. If you check the optional marketing box, we may also email you listing media tips, promotions, and offers. Your choice does not affect your ability to receive the offer or book a shoot.

When information is shared

We use service providers for website hosting and data storage, booking and delivery, and, if used, email communications and payment processing. They may handle information needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security of our services. We do not sell the contact information submitted through our offer form.

If you leave our site for the booking page or another linked service, review that provider’s privacy information for its own collection and use of data.

Website storage and tracking

The site stores a session-only flag in your browser so the full promotional pop-up does not repeatedly appear during the same visit. The current site code does not include cross-site advertising trackers. External services used to display fonts or complete a booking may receive technical information when your browser connects to them.

Marketing and your choices

Marketing email consent is optional and unchecked by default. If we send marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the instructions in the message or by emailing hello@pixelsunframed.com. You may also email us to ask what offer-form information we hold about you or request a correction or deletion. We may verify your identity and retain information where needed for a legitimate business or legal reason.

We keep information while reasonably needed for the purposes described above and then delete it when it is no longer needed. We have not set an automatic deletion date for offer submissions.

Portfolio media

Completed property media may appear in our portfolio, website, or social channels unless the client opts out. Clients can ask us not to display their media by emailing hello@pixelsunframed.com. If an opt-out arrives after we have posted media, we will remove it from channels we control within a reasonable time. See our Service Terms for the license granted for client marketing use.

Changes and contact
